• The balance amount shall be paid within 15 days from the date of booking.
• The Agreement for Sale shall be executed within 30 days from the date of booking, subject to applicable terms and statutory requirements.
• All bookings are non-transferable.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on this website are indicative unless otherwise specified.
• The developer reserves the right to revise or modify the pricing, payment schedule, offers, or cost sheet at any time without prior notice.
• Applicable Government taxes, duties, levies, registration charges, stamp duty, and other statutory charges shall be payable by the purchaser as applicable at the time of registration or as required under law.
• Maintenance charges, deposits, and other applicable outgoings shall be payable at the time of possession.
